Therapy is an embodied experience, and the space around us tells a story; when someone enters a room they can feel it. We’ve created 5 beautiful therapeutic offices to safely hold you and your clients, and conveniently offered as a month-to-month or hourly rental.
Subleasing our office rentals means that you get access to a dreamy office space for in-person and telehealth therapy right around the corner from Powells downtown, without the hassle of choosing a couch, signing a 1-year lease, and renting a uhaul.
Not to mention, our offices have everything you need and then some. Our Portland offices are perfect for psychotherapists, mental health providers, and other wellness professionals looking for a serene, fully furnished space on a month-to-month basis.

Our offices are located across two fourth-floor suites in the North Pacific Building located at 917 SW Oak St, just caddy corner to Powell’s Books.
Built in 1922 in 20th century Italian Renaissance style, our building has stunning classic features such as original hardwood floors, large windows, and lovely finishes.
The building is secured with a code, comes with a small kitchen, includes a bike storage room, has single-use ADA compliant bathrooms, and an elevator.

Each office is tastefully designed with therapeutic services in mind, however we serve a number of other practitioners as well, including nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and more.
Each office comes with:
high speed internet
comfortable seating (1-2 chairs, a couch, and a desk chair)
big windows with natural light
AC and heat
desk and chair
comfortable accommodations for tele-health
complimentary tea and coffee for you and your clients
professional office cleaning and maintenance
Our offices are stocked with everything you need, so you can focus on serving your clients.

Offices are booked by day of the week and billed monthly (i.e. every Saturday of the month), or can be booked hourly for $15/hour. Currently, we have all days available.
Our monthly rates are:
$180 - half day (before or after 1pm)
$250 - full day (any hours)
$460 - two full days a week
$700 - three full days a weekWe offer a discount for Saturdays and Sundays: $160 for a half day, and $225 for a full.
Our group room is available on an hourly basis for $30 an hour if being used for a group, and $15 if being used for 2-3 people. -
We have a wonderful group of practitioners using the space, each running their own business. Our space is perfect for those who enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of running their own practice, but are looking for a space they can share with others, run into others in the hallway between sessions, and network.
Rentals available weekends, weekdays, and even hourly.
scheduling is easy with the option of hourly bookings, or a monthly sublet agreement where you can choose your option of 1-5 days a week, all day, mornings, or afternoons. Customize the combo that works for you, with 8 offices to choose between.
