Group therapy

The following groups are for those who are looking to grow and heal in the messy and genuine presence of others. Showing up for the process of group therapy is a vulnerable and daring act. Many of us come in with all sorts of stories about what it means to belong with and be seen by others; groups bring these past experiences to the forefront, and ask up to rewrite them with new, more authentic ways of being.

The Tortured Perfectionists Dept

A group for those who pursue the ideal, who hold high expectations, who are always striving to be better than they are. This group takes a strength-based perspective on perfectionism, wherein we’ll explore how we can harness our perfectionism as a gift, rather than a way in which we shame, criticize, and disconnect from, ourselves and others.

Tuesdays, from 3:30-5pm.

10 session run, beginning 8/26.

$45 - $75 per session on a sliding scale.
